MINIMUM REQUIREMENT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR PART TIME EMPLOYMENT AS AN EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN

Must have a current EMT-B certification or higher
Must have a diploma from a recognized high school or a general education development certificate recognized by the Board of Education of Maryland.
Must be 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license equivalent to a noncommercial class C Maryland driver’s license
Must be able to pass a medical examination.
Must be of good moral character and emotionally stable, as determined by a background investigation, and periodic drug testing.
Experience as a 911 EMT Responder is required
